1. Overview
Beluga Company is a cross-border e-commerce service providing Korean products to customers in the Philippines.
Because products are sourced internationally and shipped across borders, refund eligibility may differ from domestic purchases. By placing an order, customers agree to this Refund Policy.
2. Order Cancellation Before Procurement
Customers may request cancellation before Beluga Company has purchased or secured the product from the supplier. If approved, a full refund will be issued.
3. Order Cancellation After Procurement
Once Beluga Company has purchased, secured, prepared, packed, or processed the product for international shipment, cancellation requests may be denied. This includes:
- •Supplier order confirmation
- •Product procurement
- •Warehouse preparation
- •Export processing
4. Supplier Stock Issues
If a supplier runs out of stock, discontinues the product, or refuses fulfillment, Beluga Company will cancel the affected order and issue a full refund. No additional compensation shall be required.
5. Pricing Errors and Supplier Price Changes
Because products are sourced from Korean suppliers, supplier prices may occasionally change after a customer places an order. If a significant price discrepancy occurs, Beluga Company may:
- •Contact the customer for approval;
- •Offer an alternative product;
- •Cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Customers are under no obligation to accept revised pricing.
6. Change of Mind
Due to the international nature of cross-border commerce, returns, exchanges, and refunds based solely on change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect selection by the customer are generally not accepted once the product has been procured or shipped.
7. Damaged Products
Customers must notify Beluga Company within seven (7) calendar days of delivery. Claims must include:
- •Photos of the package
- •Photos of the product
- •Video evidence where reasonably possible
Beluga Company may provide a full refund, partial refund, replacement shipment, or store credit at its sole discretion.
8. Incorrect Products
If the customer receives a product different from the ordered item due to Beluga Company's error, Beluga Company will provide a replacement shipment or refund subject to verification.
9. Manufacturer Variations
The following shall not be considered defects: packaging updates, design revisions, label changes, minor color differences, manufacturer improvements, or supplier specification updates — provided that the product remains substantially equivalent.
10. Lost Shipments
If a shipment is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier, Beluga Company will investigate with the carrier. Upon confirmation, Beluga Company may provide a reshipment or refund depending on availability.
11. Customs Delays
Beluga Company shall not be responsible for delays caused by Philippine Customs, government inspections, regulatory reviews, or import processing. Such delays do not qualify for refunds.
12. Customs Rejection
If a shipment is rejected, confiscated, destroyed, or returned due to import restrictions, prohibited items, customer documentation issues, or government regulations, Beluga Company shall not be obligated to provide a refund.
13. Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Refunds may be denied if delivery fails because of:
- •Incorrect address
- •Incorrect contact information
- •Refusal to receive shipment
- •Failure to cooperate with customs or courier
14. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–15 business days depending on the payment provider and financial institution. Refund timing may vary.
15. Chargebacks
Customers are encouraged to contact Beluga Company before initiating chargebacks. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account restrictions and legal action where permitted by law.
